School calendar and organization

The annual calendar and the weekly and daily rhythm of the school are regulated by the Ministry of National Education and the AEFE. The calendar is adopted each year by the school council. In general, it is divided into periods of 6 to 7 weeks of classes punctuated by vacation periods in order to respect a rhythm unanimously recommended by chronobiologists.

The rules

The purpose of these internal regulations is to ensure the proper functioning and safety of users of the French International School of Colombo. All members of the educational community are invited to respect it and ensure that it is respected.

The external status is authorized by the 4ème and 3ème pupils who wish to have lunch outside, after authorization of the families.

Extra-curricular activities take place from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (registration required).
